Assembly Coffee

Assembly Coffee was founded in 2015 in Brixton, south London, growing directly out of a six-month consultation process with the UK's independent specialty coffee shops and restaurants. That origin shapes how the business operates: sourcing decisions are driven by what the wholesale customer base needs, not by what the roastery wants to showcase for its own sake.

Now a B-Corp certified business with a team of around 30, Assembly supplies leading independent cafes, premium restaurants and luxury hotels across London, the UK and Europe. The on-site cafe, Door, operates in Brixton.

Their running tally of coffees released since launch sits above 320, reflecting a deliberate focus on range and rotation rather than a fixed menu.
