Blossom Coffee Roasters launched in Manchester in 2020 with a sourcing approach built around published pricing transparency. Since their first year in business, they have publicly disclosed what they pay for green coffee, which is unusual in the UK roasting market and positions them within a small group of roasters attempting to demonstrate supply chain equity through verifiable data rather than language.

They roast on a Loring S35, a roaster known for its fuel efficiency, and publish an annual impact report covering emissions measurement and sustainability decisions. Blossom is a member of 1% For The Planet and supports World Coffee Research.

Their wholesale partners include Higher Ground and Pollen Bakery in Manchester.
