Blue Hour Coffee roasts from Winchester, at Hampshire Pantry, and is run by two founders with strong competition credentials. Ben is the UK Latte Art Champion 2025 and placed in the Top Ten at the World Championship.

Nick won the Kaffeine Latte Art Smackdown in London. The business sells direct online and to wholesale accounts across Hampshire and beyond.

Their range covers espresso, filter, and a low-caffeine blend, alongside an organic cacao powder from Sierra Leone. The founders have backgrounds spanning high-street chain coffee through to independent specialty, and the combination of competition-level technical knowledge and a roastery-shop model gives the business an unusual depth for its size.
