Cast Iron Coffee Roasters operates from a workshop and cafe at The Mill in Stane Street, Chichester, in West Sussex. The business runs as a family operation, sourcing directly from farms across Peru, Uganda, Brazil, Honduras, Colombia and Kenya, with a named direct trade relationship with Cafe Lumbus in Antioquia, Colombia, which supplies both a washed single origin and a Swiss water decaf.

The roasting approach is built around making each coffee as true as possible to its source rather than standardising it into a house style. The range runs from richer, chocolatey espresso profiles through to lighter, more complex filter coffees, with the roastery supplying both home customers and wholesale accounts.

The Chichester site is open to the public.
