Catalyst Coffee Roasters

Catalyst Coffee Roasters has been operating from Grays Inn Road in Holborn, London for over ten years, running both a roastery and a cafe on the same site. Where many London roasters have built their identity around single origin lots, Catalyst takes the opposite position: the business is built around blending, combining origins, processes and varieties to create flavour profiles it considers more complex and harder to replicate than any single origin could produce.

Each blend is designed to support two different farming relationships simultaneously, which the roastery describes as doubling the collaborative impact per product. Catalyst has a documented connection to the Off-White brand through its founder Ibrahim Kamara, the label's Art and Image Director, giving the roastery an unusual presence in streetwear and luxury fashion circles alongside its core coffee business.
