Cornico Coffee Roasters

Cornico is a family-run roastery based near Padstow in Cornwall, founded in 2009 by Andrew Tobin and now run with his wife Donna and two daughters. The name is a blend of Cornish and the Italian word for Cornish, which reflects the roastery's identity as a local business with continental coffee ambitions.

The full family is now involved across roasting, operations, training and delivery. All packaging is biodegradable or compostable, which the business treats as a practical commitment to reducing waste rather than a marketing angle.

Online retail is the primary sales channel, with a focused range that includes single origins and a house blend.
