Creation Coffee

Creation Coffee is a small roastery run from a log cabin in Weaverham, Cheshire, operating a traditional drum roaster and sourcing coffee through direct trade relationships with growers. The business focuses on microlot coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, with an emphasis on knowing who produces each lot.

The roastery donates 10% of profits to Compassion UK, a children's charity with programmes in the coffee-growing regions where Creation Coffee sources. It was founded by Jon, a Christian who also runs the Stronghold Cafe in Cheshire, and that community orientation is part of how the business describes itself.

Online retail and subscriptions are the main channels; there is no wholesale operation.
