Cuppers Choice

Cuppers Choice is a Sheffield-based specialty roaster founded in 2020 by Jasper and Harley, who had both previously worked at the same coffee company before it went into insolvency. They gained access to a roaster through Steve Penk and started the business during the early months of Covid.

The roastery is at S3 9PT in Sheffield and operates with a distinctly informal voice and a notable public stance on social issues, including active links to Palestine relief on their website. Their coffee range covers filter and espresso profiles across origins including Rwanda, Costa Rica, Colombia, Burundi, Uganda, Indonesia, and Panama.

They work with import partners and publish those relationships on their website. Beyond coffee, they have moved into branded merchandise and chocolate, and their packaging and branding have drawn customer commentary as a deliberate differentiator.
