Django Coffee Co. is a Manchester-based specialty roaster founded after its founder returned from five years of travel, including an extended period in Melbourne where he became embedded in that city's coffee scene. The business was set up to bring Melbourne-influenced specialty coffee to the UK, with an explicit interest in connecting customers to the countries and cultures where coffee is grown.
Django sources green beans directly from growers and plants one tree per order through a partnership with One Tree Planted. The roastery is organic-certified and works with direct-trade producers across Colombia, Honduras, Ethiopia, Peru, Tanzania, Guatemala, and Uganda.
Subscriptions are the main commercial focus, with over 1,400 verified five-star reviews and a loyal customer base. Coffee is dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
