Fire & Flow is a speciality roastery based in the Cotswolds, founded by childhood friends Callum and Phil alongside Phil's wife Char, who built the business from what they describe as a shared obsession with speciality coffee and a desire to support the farmers growing it.

The business spans roasting, wholesale supply, equipment, barista training and a coffee shop.
Callum has competed in the UK Barista Championships four times, reaching the final twice, and has sat on the South West Coffee Guide committee for three years. He has also been featured in Caffeine Magazine's "30 under 30 to watch in the coffee industry" list.
The training programmes the business runs were developed from his experience consulting on hundreds of coffee shops, hotels and restaurant openings. Fire & Flow serves a wholesale market as well as home customers online.
