Fortitude Coffee

Fortitude Coffee was established in Edinburgh in 2014 and has grown to include a roastery and two café locations, at 66 Hamilton Place and 4 Abbey Mount. The business focuses on what it describes as sweet, balanced and delicious coffee, and the name is used as a deliberate framing: coffee as a daily companion for the small moments of patience and resilience rather than a performance product.

After more than a decade of trading, Fortitude supplies home customers via online retail and subscriptions as well as running the two Edinburgh cafés. The range leans toward expressive single origins, with recent offerings including Rwandan and Colombian naturals and washed lots.
