The roastery pays farmers before the harvest is complete and guarantees pricing independently of commodity market fluctuations, working largely through direct trade or a small group of known green suppliers.
Alongside the coffee, an Art and Industry Programme channels proceeds towards the creative community, managed by co-founder Anabelle de Gersigny, who holds an MA in Critical Writing from the Royal College of Art and has previously worked with Hauser and Wirth, Phaidon, and the Guggenheim.
