That wholesale focus has remained central: Limini is primarily a supplier to the hospitality sector and operates a white label service for brands wanting to serve coffee under their own name. Limini roasts on commercial-scale equipment and supplies cafes, restaurants and hotels across the UK.
For every coffee sold, the business donates to World Coffee Research, a programme focused on improving farmer livelihoods and crop resilience. They also run a matched-donation scheme for Project Waterfall through a charity add-on at checkout.
Training and equipment supply are part of the wholesale offer alongside coffee. Green bean sourcing is handled through importers including Falcon Coffees.
