Rockhopper Roaster

Rockhopper Roaster was founded by Kate, a one-person operation that started in Bognor Regis and has since moved to a larger roastery in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Kate's background spans both coffee retail and the speciality end of the trade, and the business is built around making speciality coffee accessible to home drinkers alongside a wholesale offer.

One distinctive aspect of the range is a curated selection of women-produced coffees, sold as a duo set. Kate selects, roasts, bags, and ships every order personally, occasionally with help from her wife.

The roastery also runs coffee tasting experiences as a product alongside the beans themselves. The business is small and deliberately so, with the founder's involvement in every stage being central to how it operates.
