The range is kept deliberately tight, with current offers leaning heavily on producer-named lots from Colombia and Peru, including coffees credited to Gleidys Ramirez, Roger Chilcon and the Suukala Caficauca and Antunkaa groups.
Roasting is done on a 5kg machine the team have nicknamed Fatima. Coffee is sold in 200g and kilo bags through the Shopify shop, with fortnightly and yearly subscription bundles for regular drinkers, and a Pot Luck bag for those happy to be surprised.
A small wholesale programme is offered alongside the retail range, and the team note that they try to be as sustainable as possible across their business practices.
