Scorgo Coffee & Roastery Co.

Scorgo Coffee & Roastery Co. is a family run specialty coffee roastery based in the North East of England. The company employs veterans and their family members, and is a supporter of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Beans are sourced direct trade from growing regions including Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Uganda, Honduras, Guatemala, India, Nicaragua, Kenya, Ethiopia and Indonesia, then roasted to order, medium roast only. The range spans the Crafted, Signature, Prestige and Limited Edition Seasonal collections, covering blends, single origin coffee, ground coffee and bundles, with the Signature, Prestige and Limited Edition lines graded above 80 points to Specialty Coffee Association standards.

Decaf is processed using the Mountain Water Decaf method, a non chemical process. Coffee is sold online through one off orders and a subscribe and save service, alongside a separate wholesale programme for independent cafés, mobile coffee vans, hotels, restaurants and corporate offices, with a minimum order of 5kg.

The roastery also sells brewing equipment including AeroPress and Hario V60 kit, and holds a five star food hygiene rating from the Local Authority. Packaging is recyclable.
