Souter Bros. Coffee is a London roastery run by brothers Dan and Stu Souter, who have been visiting coffee farms since their teenage years and roasting professionally since 2020.
The brothers source directly from producers they have met in person, with beans from Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Nicaragua, working without a middleman. Coffee is roasted in small batches and sent out within forty eight hours of roasting.
The range covers five single origins, including a Brazil Santos and a Colombia Huila, a Tres Amigos blend combining Brazil, Colombia and Peru, and a Brazil Swiss Water decaf. Beans are sold online with free UK delivery over twenty five pounds, and a subscription option offers a discount with flexible delivery.
Souter Bros. also supplies wholesale beans to trade customers across the UK. The brothers describe their approach simply: if they would not drink a coffee, they would not sell it.
