Stow Town Coffee

Stow Town Coffee has been roasting in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, since 2010, making it one of the longer-running roasteries in the Cotswolds. The operation is deliberately small, working with only a handful of wholesale accounts at any one time.

They describe their model as the Jerry Maguire approach: fewer clients, more attention, which means personal delivery by the roastery team rather than courier, and on-site grinder and machine checks as part of the service. The roastery also functions as an espresso bar at 2 Wells Barn on Sheep Street, where bags can be collected freshly ground to order.

There is no general online sales operation. Staff training for wholesale clients is provided at no charge on an ongoing basis.
