Sustain Coffee

Sustain Coffee is a Hertfordshire roastery and cafe based at York House on Salisbury Square in Hatfield. The team roasts in Hertfordshire and runs the cafe alongside the roastery, with takeaway and sit-in hours through the week.

Their stated mission is to make specialty coffee more accessible while improving on older industry practices. They emphasise strong relationships with growers, ethical sourcing and a focus on sustainability across roasting and packaging, and have published a sustainability report flagging carbon reduction work and support for women in coffee.

Origins regularly featured include Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and El Salvador, available as single origins, blends, a decaf line, a subscription range, and through wholesale supply for hospitality businesses.
