The Roastery at Tate is a specialty coffee operation based within the grounds of Tate Britain in London. Started in 2011, the small in-house team sources and roasts coffee that is sold through Tate's shop and served across its gallery cafes.

Since 2016 it has run a gender equality procurement model, buying every kilo of green coffee equally between female and male producers, and maintains long-term relationships with the producers and cooperatives behind that programme. The current range covers espresso, filter and decaf options from Colombia, Rwanda and Ethiopia, including a KCRS women's cooperative lot from Rwanda.

Alongside its own coffee, Tate runs a Slot Roasting Collective that leases roastery time to small and established outside roasters, and offers contract and white-label production. As part of Tate Eats, all profits made by the roastery are donated back to Tate.
