The Little Coffee Roastery is based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, roasting from a Grade II listed building on the Little Street Silk Mill site. Founded in 2017, the business supplies direct to consumers and to restaurants and cafés locally and nationally.
The founders came from an R&D and processing background, which shaped a specific focus on packaging as well as coffee: their bags, cartons, and labels use NatureFlex material, which is 100% recyclable and compostable, a deliberate response to the standard non-recyclable packaging common across the industry. They offer subscriptions with no contract, a free coffee canister with the first order, and free postage on all deliveries.
