The Roasting Project

The Roasting Project is a specialty coffee roastery based in Kirkcaldy, Fife. They started roasting in 2018 on a Diedrich roaster at a coffee house in Burntisland before moving to a purpose-built roastery in Kirkcaldy.

Alongside roasting and online sales, they supply equipment, offer barista training, and provide technical support to wholesale partners. The business positions itself as accessible across the spectrum from first-time specialty coffee drinkers to experienced baristas, with a coffee club subscription model sending monthly deliveries of two 250g or 500g packs.
