West Cork Coffee is Ireland's first commercial specialty micro-roastery, established in 2016 in Innishannon, West Cork. Founder Tony Speight built his first coffee roaster by hand in 2004, moving from hobbyist to commercial roaster over the following twelve years.

The roastery operates from a space called The Forge. West Cork Coffee was selected for the London Coffee Masters in 2017 and 2018.

The business donates a percentage of its green bean costs to World Coffee Research, an organisation focused on sustaining coffee supply, improving cup quality, and supporting producer livelihoods through open scientific research. West Cork also supplies and supports commercial coffee equipment.
