Workshop Coffee is a London specialty roaster running an integrated model across sourcing, roasting, cafe operations, wholesale and subscriptions. The business is built on direct producer relationships, with named partners including Gitesi Washing Station in Rwanda, Snap Coffee in Ethiopia and the Valle Inca cooperative in Peru, alongside lots from Colombia.

Sourcing emphasises seasonal refreshes and a stated commitment to honest dialogue with producers. The roastery makes specific environmental claims: coffee bags made from post-consumer plastic and recyclable with soft plastics, capsules certified home and industrially compostable, and a shift to 2kg wholesale bags that the company says removed over 60,000 single-use bags from circulation in four years.

The retail range covers whole bean, filter drip packs, cold brew cans, capsules and instant. Workshop operates a cafe and academy in Belgravia and offers masterclasses, equipment bundles and a wholesale programme.
